By accessing and using LandScout ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

LandScout provides AI-powered zoning analysis, ADU feasibility estimates, and financial projections for real estate properties in San Antonio. These reports are generated using public data and artificial intelligence.

3. No Professional Advice (Important Disclaimer)

The information provided by LandScout is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, architectural, engineering, or financial advice.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of zoning data, which is subject to change by city authorities.
• Users must verify all information with the City of San Antonio Development Services Department or a licensed professional before making any financial commitments.
• LandScout is not liable for any construction errors, permit denials, or financial losses resulting from the use of our reports.

4. Payments and Refunds

Services are billed on a one-time basis per report via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. As LandScout acts as the Merchant of Record, all payments are secure and encrypted.

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the data provided in the report is demonstrably inaccurate compared to public records available at the time of generation. To request a refund, please contact support.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of LandScout. Our reports are for your personal or internal business use and may not be resold publicly.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LandScout, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
